Big Bus Tours is the world’s leading hop-on hop-off open-top bus sightseeing company.

In 2014 the company was made up of 3 separate operating companies with different names operating in various global markets. In a competitive market, lacking clear differentiation, we were asked to develop proposals for the amalgamation of the 3 brands into one, what its name, vision, position and brand identity should be. Our proposal to unite around the brand name ‘Big Bus Tours’ was accepted and we were then asked to develop a new brand positioning as the world’s first global open-top sightseeing bus tour company and create a new identity system to allow each city where Big Bus Tours operates to have its own local interpretation of the global brand.

Big Bus Tours is now the most recognisable open-top sightseeing bus tour operator in the world operating in 19 cities.
